StarTrack Courier is available to credit account holders with Australia Post and StarTrack.

API booking

How to book StarTrack Courier via your API 

  1. Pack your item securely and ensure it is ready for pickup. 
  2. Use your API integration to create a shipment manifest and complete the booking for your goods. 
  3. Once the booking is confirmed, a member of our courier team will arrive for pickup and deliver your item directly to its destination. You can track its progress, receive delivery confirmation and proof of delivery via SMS or email.

Booking time limits apply depending on location and are required in advance for after hours or weekend services. Real-time traffic ETA uses current, historical and theoretical road speeds and traffic conditions where known to estimate the fastest route at the time calculation.
