If you need to close temporarily or you’re going away, we can hold you letters and parcels securely and deliver them when you return.
Depending on the service, you can apply to extend, alter or cancel your existing service online or at the Post Office.

Complete both pages of the Alter or Cancel form (PDF 1.3Mb), as one will be for your records. Take them to the nearest Post Office with the original application and receipt, and proof of identity to:

If you decide to cancel your business mail redirection or mail hold service, you may be entitled to a refund. To request a refund, fill in and take the completed Alter or Cancel form (PDF 1.3Mb) to your nearest Post Office. You’ll also need to show:
