- Redirect eligible letters and parcels for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
- Include up to 6 names on your application (e.g. people you live with, your legal name before marriage, chosen English name or alias).
- Opt-in to notify selected entities such as your insurers and energy providers of your new address.2
- Extend, alter or cancel your existing service.
- Apply for concession service if you have a valid concession card.

3 If the application form is for multiple persons at the same address, a valid concession card must be produced for each individual to gain a concession for the service.
4 You must apply for International mail redirection at the Post Office. Some mail can't be redirected overseas, including Registered Post, Cash on Delivery, Parcel Post, Express Post and items which require customs documentation. We are not able to redirect mail from an overseas address to an Australian address. Please refer to the local postal service in the country you would like your mail redirected from.
